I’m leaning toward no, as someone who only buys sports games every year. IMO, They hold no value, and on a year to year basis there is little to no changes. Not only that, but what doesn’t make sense, the game isn’t ready at launch, as well the patches you have to deal with for the first 3-4 month of the cycle. I can go on for days about this.
I haven't bought or played a 2K game since 2K2 on the first Xbox. Man, it must have so much improvements by now. hahaha
I agree with that completely. They never change anything about the game. I don't really play Madden anymore because it gets so boring. I suggest renting games or "recycling" your games. For example this year sell Madden 15 and buy Madden 16. Yah you loose a little money but you get the new version.
Most people do buy it because it's the newest thing out, and they've gotta be those people, not because anything has changed which yeah is stupid. But as you said, if they want to do that then let them do that, it's just the same as you with CoD, you buy it every year because you just do…
In my opinion buying sports games is a total nono, like the only things that actually changes are only the graphics like you said. Also why play sports games if you can actually go outside and play that sport xD
Please give us a shoutout in your shoutout Monday's it would be most appreciated thanks. BTW awesome vid!!!
I don't buy sports games full stop.
I feel you shouldnt even be in this conversation do to the fact that CoD does the same thing every year, making in it over hyped yet sports game are not worth buying. At least 2k and EA make an effort have GOOD game modes like FUT and MyTeam rather than CoD thats the EXACT thing every year…. Really?!
I buy Fifa every year. The main reason is the updated teams and ratings. Companies dont update the ratings for you. You can change the players team after transfers, but that takes too long. Companies like EA just want to get as much money as possible from you, thats why they have FIFA points. Plus i make videos on FIFA, i have to be up to date.
I can't remember the last time I bought a sports game
