Uh Oh, you said Maya The Mechromancer and told Tiny Tina to go fuck herself, here come the triggered fanboys.
Arm yourselves Sonny Jims, we're going to war
On sale on humble bundle right now for about $5

It is unforgivable how long it takes to die and respawn in this fucking game. It makes me yearn for a /kill command to throw into the console. People who ignore how cringeworthy the dialogue in this game need to be lynched. The game can be an outright tedious mess if you screw up once, and there really isn't a great way to fix it unless you want to play 25 hours over again with a new character like a Sonny Jim, so you grin and bear it until you're bored again. you end up redoing it all later regardless and all you did was waste ten more hours. Sometimes this game is a frustrating pile of garbage.
But hey, I got to shoot giant robots in the face with an acid spewing shotgun, and slay hordes of psychos with an axe while my psycho character screamed about meat and meat-based vehicles. I got to glitch out of the map and stare at moxxis panties. It is enjoyable to even my most cynical side when I see gibs fly everywhere and I can slice open 5 bandits in a row with Zero. It's fun to drop a fucking long distance turret nuke with Axton. It's fun to endlessly dual wield crazy fuckhuge retarded guns with Sal and eat through thousands of rounds of ammunition. It's endlessly enjoyable to see a psycho's head come clean off with a nice sniper rifle shot with Zero. There's just some shit in this game that makes me want to come back. And that, to me, makes it all worth it.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who fucking hated Tina. One of the most annoying characters in any game in the past 10 years.
Butt Stallion says hello.
Well I guess that's what you get when you let a literal cuck write a game
I don't know, I feel he took points off for shit that's not objectively bad, just stuff he personally didn't like, but other people could very well like. For instance, I found the pop culture references pretty funny and cool, and Tiny Tina had me laughing my ass off every time she opened her mouth. These things add to the game's charm, and if you don't like that kind of charm, then why are you playing a Borderlands game? The game has its own brand of humor. Regardless of if you like it or not, it's still a damn solid game that holds up very well even 5 years after its release.
Interesting interpretation of the writing and humor style, I take it you're not a fan of HAWP?
Hmm… I wonder if this idiot knows that when this game was being made in 2012, the developers weren't making a game for people in 2017. They were making a game for people in 2012, when most people understood all of the references and liked all of this. If you review a game like this 5 years after it was released, of course you're going to like it less. Also a lot of people still get the references that this guy thinks they won't. Just because it's old doesn't mean people won't get it you absolute dumbass.
Gearbox's last competent game
This motherfucker did not just say Tiny Tina can go fuck herself.
call me what you want .
I'm that one friend
Fuck this game had the worst characters and story of any game. Thank fuck the dlc saved this game. Still had shit stories and humour but at least the missions were better.
Pro tip: if a open world RPG starts to get boring ingnore side missions
By the way, Roland and Lilith's behaviour is stupid. THAT'S THE POINT. It's also explained in one of Lilith's side quests. Go figure.
Congrats on 100k man!
bl2 is a masterpiece no game comes even close for replayability
Tiny Tina can go fuck myself
no way someone completing this game in 10 hours on 1st playthrough. more like 20 hours minimum. no-glitch speedrun record is 6 hours.
This game was definitely horrible. So over the top and in your face that it was impossible to get immersed. The 1st one on the other hand was pretty good game. It had some pacing with breaks between intense moments. The obscenity in the original seemed like the result of people losing their minds after living in such a hostile environment for so long. In the 2nd one they took it too far and i felt like i was shooting at cartoons.
"if the villain is the most likeable charakter in the game you know you messed up." i detect bullshit
Every manufacturer and the best type of guns they make Hyperion:shotguns)(maliwan:snipers)(bandit:rocket launchers)Jacobs:pistols valdof assault rifles
'Pandering and forced humer' -Says GggManLives. They should put that quote on the box.
Midget Goliaths are pretty much making me to pause the game, because they are to hilarious to actually keep playing.
I liked borderlands 2 for the "forced humor" and "cringy refrences" …coz im that kid that you described in the beginning ._.
I'm kinda jaded when it comes to modern shooters (2006+), but BL2 is easily among my top 10 FPS of all time, it's completely bonkers when played in co-op.
Tiny tina is annoying af. The only slightly annoying character that is acceptable is clap trap
I get that you're busy and this is only a review but by God, git gud.
Can you have more than one character at one time in borderlands 2? If so how?
