Que Pasada , Muy Bueno !! 😉
Do I hear some C418?
Dude John Romero has a fucking sweet ride. How did he get the money? What did he do after Daikatana back in the days?
Oooh my god that slap in the face was so loud.
i miss grim fandango , is possible for episode 2 ? nice story, good puzzle great story
Gotta say that I am really loving this documentary so far
Why can't publishers simply fund a game without having their grubby hands all over the process?
Did the games from 1:55 onwards ever get released?
I noticed it David. Ps my favourite games Ico and SOTC.
I have to say, Im working on my own game right now and these are beyond inspirational. Ive loved Double Fine for their humour, writing, characterization and originality, and I also love 2 Player Productions work as Ive seen it. What Im making is a beat em up so its as opposite as you can get, but seeing what the process is like for one of my all time favourite devs alongside the amazing team is straight up gold.
Thank you for making this!
11:11 – Tim's face to Dave's statement was amazing!
Gosh whoever does the music to this documentary does an outstanding job!
I really liked Dave Gardner's attention to facial details and emotions, it's really impressive
I loved watching Tim shave a little bit TOO much.
why Geoff Ramsey from Rooster & Teeth is hanging out in the studio?????????????????????
WHERE'S TIM AND WHO'S THIS BEARDLESS GUY DOING THE TIM IMPERSONATIONS??!?1
Fuuuuck. I'm hooked on these, but when I tried to buy the whole series the credit card I was trying to use for the purchase got "denied". Next day, the person owning the card tells me she got a call from the bank, and now that failed transaction (together with her giving some misinformed answers to the bank's questions) requires her to get a new credit card. It'll be weeks before I can see the next episodes D:
Venting feels good.
Man I love being able to watch them sustain their team and business
I noticed around 2:50 Tim says they cut the teleporter room. Obviously it made it back into the game, and I'm glad it did; that was an amusing bit, and I can't imagine how they'd have handled the puzzle involving the ship's shields without it.
You're right. They're not dead. You know what was beautiful proof of that? Psychonauts and better yet. Brutal Legend. Sequals please 👌
Is it just me, or does Brandon Dillon look like the chillest dude ever born?
Bananas are flammable? EDIT: YES THEY ARE oh god don't try at home kids
whistles That animation looks gorgeous. I haven't played Part 1 yet myself (need to get a better laptop first), but I love the art style and the story concept. Definitely getting this game, and Grim Fandango: Remastered when I have the chance.
Farewell, Tim's beard.
I'm so glad I bought this! Time going to school is now well spent hehe! 18 hours or so for just $10 is just insane!
It's so interesting seeing the progression of the game being built. At my college, there's a game dev group that comes into the tutoring lab every other day where I work and seeing the parallels from their small group and DFA is amazing. Makes me want to have gone into the game dev program instead of computer science.
the surprise appearance of john romero is great, super funny.
I'm so glad you guys put this up!
For a beard trimmer I recommend the Remington HC-5550. Almost any hair trimmer with the guard removed will work though and will last a lot longer that "electric razors" since they are built to last and cut lots of hair. The Remington is my favourite though because it can charge from USB.

Hello mr bus driver!
He suited the beard.
