I'm a gamer myself, but trying to point out gaming relevance in such a bias way, only hurts the climb. Gaming is NOT ready to be considered a sport a real sport, but its fun to contemplate it in the future.

    As a veteran of both actual sports and video games, I think it's safe to say they're all kinda pointless.

21. But the cool thing about watching sports is precisely the fact that is happening in real life and you can see real human beings doing amazing stuff. Its cool to do a bicycle kick goal on FIFA but its way more impressive to see it in real life, precisely because its not a computer doing the animations and all the calculations, its a normal person with incredible skill. Videogames are awesome, and one of the coolest things in the universe, but the one thing that can surpass videogames its real life. Skyrim is awesome, but if you had the choice to live in the world of Skyrim as the hero, than you would always chose to embrace that world as your former reality because its cooler than just turning on your tv. That's even more truth when talking about sports. Sure is cool to pretend that your team won the Champions League, but that's got nothing on seeing it doing it in real life.

24. Getting exercise is healthy, but not sustaining sub-concussive injuries, which football promotes, and these injuries may very well have a correlation to random acts of violence.  The helmet protects your skull, but not your brain smacking into it.
