8. The game itself was fun. The graphics are good. My complaint is with the false advertising of the in game purchases. I purchased a PVP crate that the description said it would contain weapons and armor for 100 gold. When the purchase was completed what I received was "power-ups". Nowhere in the description of the crate were listed the items that I was given. In my conversation with customer support I was told that I would have to buy 20 crates in order to possibly receive the gear and weapons that the crate described.

   So don't buy a crate and expect to see what is in the description. It is only a small chance of getting what you thought you were buying. Also all purchases are NOT REFUNDABLE. Customer support was very short and ended abruptly with a "Not my problem pal" attitude.
