4. Outside of Europe steam is the best resource I have found to play games in this way. Im not sure about the Xbox but with PS4 a majority of the games dont have expanded voice over or subtitle options outside of ones region, and the work around requires one to make a PSN account for the region you want the language in.

5. I would also add to your list: The Wolf Among Us, Tales From the Borderlands, the Walking Dead, Life is strange, the Witcher 2 and 3, Divinity Orginal Sin
