Lol no one wants a psp and ps vita lol. They are too afraid to get their ass wooped by Nintendo again lol. Sony sucks when it comes to the handhelds lol
Lol they will lose to Nintendo and Microsoft especially if they make a ps5 no one will hardly buy it cuz I'm sure it will be way to expensive that and it's too early for a ps5
It’s interesting that Nintendo keeps getting third party titles and selling them better than the other consoles regardless of “power”
PlayStation doesn't have a library of games exclusive that could compete with the switch if PlayStation tried to make a portable console
Switch is just a lot of fun. The graphics aren't photorealistic, but I'm still stunned by environments in Breath of the Wild and some of the levels in Super Mario Odyssey. I have a PS4, because I love Uncharted, Tomb Raider and the like, but as soon as I flick the Switch on, I just feel this sense of magic.
The 3ds was a success cause it focused on games rather than Bluetooth headsets
I hate games with blood in them and has always preferred cartoony, colourful games with bold designs like games by Nintendo. People rave about Doom, Skyrim, COD or whatever but there are people out there, like me who prefers Mario Kart over Drive Club or Splatoon over any FPS games, so Nintendo is catering to those audience, which I think is untapped by other companies that focus more on lighting, shading, textures, 4K, HDR, bla bla bla but they forgot that the game’s essence is the gameplay itself. I love Pokemon because it reminds me of my childhood and I don’t mind playing a game like Pokemon Crystal in 2018 despite the cry for graphics and what not. Nintendo has their own pie and so do Sony and Microsoft but Sony and Microsoft won’t have me over on their pie if they can’t compete with Zelda, Mario and Pokemon or Nintendo’s other IPs. I’m rooting for the company that makes me feel that gaming is fun.
I entered a buc of a contests for winning nintendo switches online and on one of them i won and won a switch for free
smartphone games are all terrible. I need my battery for emails, texts, and phone calls… stupid for ignoring the vita its so good.
Industries are helping each others, because they are married with each others for even more money!
As a yet to be Switch owner, but having a PS4Pro & 2 XBBOX ONE’s, I’d love to see the VITA re-released just so I could keep playing HZD and Shadow of the Colossus on the go. My only gripe about Nintendo is that they constantly redo the same games over and over with little to no new IP (yes, I know SOTC is a PS2 game). Saying that, I will buy a Switch & Mario Odyssey the moment I have $530AUD free.
Sony Then: "Pfft. Handhelds are dead. Nintendo should seriously start developing games for us." Sony Now: "!@#$"
The switch is trash…it's another wii u but with sales…you guys will see in a few years
I love Nintendo, NO MICROTRANSACTIONS
Actually, Sony should make a deal with Nintendo.
When sony said that no one wants a handheld anymore they mean no one wants a sony handheld especially if they are not going to market it right and sell overpriced memory cards and not bringing enough software to it handhelds when done right can sell and gamers to the console!
Too much salt in the comment section 😂
I think they should make a smart phone that they can make games for kina like the Xperia play but way better and not as fat and alot bigger like 6'

>cuz no one wants those anymore Um, not really. The Switch is a good start, but why it's so good for so many is the fact that it's literally a handheld with a TV plug. People wanna play Zelda and Pokemon on a TV, but the Wii had motion bs, and no one actually played the Wii U, not willingly. I don't even play my Switch Docked. My Dock is in my bedroom floor, just sitting there. The down side is all the power is kept to Docked mode, and a 3 hour Battery Life that my N2DS XL easily outlasts, that kinda sucks.
I love my switch! Sony really missed out on a great opportunity with the vita. Almost all my coworkers have a switch.
I would loves Sony to do another handheld console, I spend so much time in hospital it would just make my stays a lot more bearable.
When Pokemon comes out for the switch that's going to make some waves
I love my vita. I have a switch, PS4 and PC. But I enjoy and love my vita and it does have good games. And TBH I have a 3DS but have hardly ever used it except for first party games like PKMN
Vita failes on memory
Sony mess up by trying profit more and ignore their costumers. They tryna make u buy the both the same game for the Vita and the PS4. They try to sell u their own memory card, rather than a standard SD card.
And the list goes on. The switch did almost everything right. They integrated everything into one so u don't have to pay for the same game twice. SD card and more
Lmao the tittle is hilarious i mean switch is not even a console why should sony be afraid. Their main rival is microsoft not nitendo and sony knew the age of handheld consoles were over cause of smartphones thats the only reason why sony stopped making portable ones not because of nitendo.
Yes it is ashily I play it more then my ps4 and ps3 and I also play new 2ds
Nintendo is the best! I have all the next gen consoles and the switch is awesome! Nintendo always comes out with the best for innovation, and has proven that you don't need the best hardware to be the best!
The Vita never really set it's self apart from the PSP in my book. It was like here guys, an upgraded version of the PSP. PSP I bought had a few issues but over all I thought it was a decent system. The games sucked though. The best of the best titles I know of for it where simply free releases of video games you can play on a different system. Which most people have already had. I didn't buy the Vita because my issue with the PSP was never the hardware. Don't see how upgrading it would help. It even looked basically the same as the PSP. Only game I bought for my PSP that I thoroughly enjoyed was Disgaea 1. Don't think that was exclusive to PSP either. But it did get me hooked on the Disgaea games from that point on. Own all of them. Played all but the first on PS3 and PS4. Would have loved them on a hand held I could bring to work but couldn't find them for my PSP. Don't know if they front sold anywhere near me or they weren't even made. Bottom line though, one good game is not worth the $200 I spent on the system and that doesn't include the price of the game it'self. Sony seemed to treat it's hand held consoles as more of an afterthought. A side dish if you will to the main course. Nintendo has never treated their handhelds this way.
Playstation should be scared, i havent touched it sinse the switch
To be real, I'll buy a Vita just for the hacking, and emulators. I just need to find a really cheap one.
This is a no thanks type situation
Or maybe they just knew better than to fight Nintendo in a handheld battle
Where is the pie?!
Ashley, may I have your shirt?
The Switch Actually Sold 1 Trillion
the switch added blue tooth headphone support in October o3o guess people still don't realize that
Vita's problem was Sony pushing there memory cards and not making it a standard micro SD.
Sony and Nintendo is all you need. I love both
The way I see it, there are two easy ways to get back on handheld. Either they give crap to the Switch or they give crap to the phones who killed the Vita. The latter seams more ethical given they own Xperia.
Can you imagine a PlayStation – Xperia Crossover? A gaming phone in response to gaming PCs?
It would have a great touch screen and resolution like phones do. Make it work with regular SD cards and make the port more accessible to save different games in different cards.
But it needs to run on Android. I hope Sony can strike the deal
So at least how ive heard it was vita power was it’s Achilles heel where it meant developing was more expensive and a flop could kill a developer thus less developers will to risk a game on vita
Lmao Sony and Xbox one x and ps4 pro pc are dragging Nintendo through the dirt no chance there scared.😂😂😂😂
I’m just here for Ashley
There was playstation portable before the vita it was actually pretty good i had one
Nintendo is for my 9 year old brother, PS4 is for me. That simple.
seeing as the paid capcom to NOT bring mhxx and world to nintendo…yeah I think they are scare.
Get rid of PS Now and just give us cheap retros or backwards compatibility…
