"How do you know it's not action?" he asks, as it literally says "action." π
It seems that the rare chaoes only work in the JAPANESE Tiny Chao Garden. I mean, that's what you sent it to when you took them from the Club Nintendo bonus disc, and it clearly workt just fine there.
PEARL NOOOSE!
lotsa CULT FOLLOWINGs these days
do they have to be drunk the whole time? as a recovering alcoholic i find it really disturbing
I read the title as kay-ow instead of chow for some reason
I finished Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles (GC). You showed it in the video 11:44. One of the best gamecube game. Yes, you NEED gameboy advance to play multiplayer. I was confused as to why I had to fight 1 boss 3 times then fight through 2 more battle bosses and guess where to go in the warp zones.
I was hoping you'd find Luigi's mansion beta disc
is possible for you guys to rip music from gold disc or the menu music in general and upload to youtube?
are you guys visiting gamescom in germany?
I have the pink disc!
I got it when I bought the japanese version of Pokemon Box. It was in the box of the game itself. The game came bundled with a Red/Blue Gamecube Memory card and a GC – GBA Link cable. Perhaps the reason why it was bundled?
But I can't rule out that the buyer added it as a bonus, but how would he get it otherwise, when we are in Europe.
On Crystal Chronicles: It's a good game. Way more fun with a full party of friends, though! The only big flaw really is that it's so difficult to set up with friends, though, since you do need a GBA and GBA-Gamecube cable for each player.
Anyway, definitely looks like there's some neat content on these discs! The sequence where they make the Chao out of juice on the blue disc is kind of creepy, though… This does all remind me of games I want to pick up/get again for the Gamecube. It really did have a good library.
Use a translating app? Like point your phone at the screen and it'll help you get a general idea of what you're looking at.
Minish cap isn't forgotten for no reason. It's not a good Zelda game.
Did a lotta boys get these demos too?
If you're interested Tony, I do have one of these disks that are pink, which features a luigis mansion demo…
got here because of the sexy richie tweet
I got my hands on the blue colored e-catalog gamecube disc a while ago. Bought it so I could get the exclusive Character Chao to my Japanese SA2B. If you were going to transfer it to one of the GBA Sonic titles, they would have to be the Japanese versions of the games (aka you can't use USA GBA Sonic games to connect with the Japanese GC titles). There is another way to get those e-catalog discs to work. If you have a Nintendo Wii with the Homebrew Channel installed, use a program called Nintendont and you should be able to get them to boot (you could even make an iso and read it from Nintendont).
Tony how does it feel that there's thousands of people who are your loyal fans
A few of differences in the Viewtiful Joe demo to the final game I almost instantly noticed after you brought up being interested in seeing how different they are: -There's no film grain/damaged film filter when playing as regular Joe in the demo -The item boxes are colored a bit differently -Demo has no life counter -You have 2 more hearts in the demo than you would playing on Adult (normal) difficulty in the final game
Is Richie channeling Booowwwwwiieeee here?
Mimosas? You guys are cray cray
I really want to find that menu theme from the gold disc in the beginning in wav or something and sample it into a beat.
Had a cool time at Retro Taku recently and talkin' shop with John. Update, he's still not dead. I saw a game in the Import 'Cube area I thought might make for an interesting H4G episode: Universal Studios Japan. I remember this one in the US, wonder if it's any quirkier for the Japan version? Love the show, guys!
Don't suppose you'd be willing to let me have some of these? π
I got the pink disc Itβs comes with my japanese version of pokemon box
That Gundam Game at the beginning was Super Robot Wars GC. A Turn Based Strategy RPG(Think FIre Emblem) that basically a big cross-over game with mechs from several series, including Gundam. It's actually a long-running series that has been going on since the 8-bit era of gaming.

Awesome. Love these promo/demo discs. My bro had one for gamecube and we played it to death.
I'm always flattered to see the Game Boy I sent you in various shots! It's a different experience seeing something be used or displayed instead of shipping it out and forgetting about it. In case you're curious, I closed down the shop a couple weeks ago. Quite a few people referred back to the Game Boy video you posted, which was incredible. Thanks again for doing that for me!
