A long time ago, in a galaxy not so far away, a game named Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic was released. It’s been a long time coming, but I finally got …

Great game and great review but still u made it in 2016 and this game is pretty old and ur ass is used to play much more complex and noob friendly games so… still worth to play multiple times… dont be such a dick on old games… some are much better then then new one.
Why is it free online but not on steam?
Mass Effect exists because of SW:KOTOR. Not the other way around like this video suggests.
ya….. clunky and item management and stuff…. I was considering gettign this (the collection), but I think I'll wait for a new Star Wars game to be made. RPG or not they're bound to come out with something good (singleplayer) after EA's new Battlefront…..
i know that i'm REALLY late to this but do you plan on playing kotor 2? (knights of the old republic 2) the controls are better, all the wrongs (besides the backtracking) is fixed and on steam there are people that mod the game, fix bugs and even find a way to add lost content
The inventory is alphabetical. So as long as you remember the name of the object you wanna check out. You will be good. Never bothered me 🙂
I like how you're comparing it to Mass Effect when it came way after this game. lol
i wanted more content whne you arive on korriban whne you know the secret… to chance the dialogs it was so AWESOME
btw i suggest to play it on pc also use the mod from nexus kotor restoration 1.2 for some extra content that was cut off and bugfixes
it was so awesome and nice replay value the good thing in this is that drew kapreshyn the was the main lead writer and he did a so good job since he is star wars book writer…..
Great game but with a couple of very bad flaws. The worst problem with this game when it comes to the gameplay is the fact that you can become a Jedi/Sith (wich is awesome) but it happens way too late in the game. This means that when leveling up, you'll probably spend A LOT of points in abilities/perks that will go to waste once you become a Jedi/Sith with no way to get those points back, resulting in an average character when compared to other characters that are Jedi/Sith from the start. I know, the players can choose to keep their XP and only level up once they get their Jedi training but it's a colossal pain in the ass to do if you still want to clean everything on Taris (the first planet in the game). The game wasn't supposed to be played that way and believe me when I say you'll die A LOT beeing only at level 2 and saving your XP. That's why I HIGHLY recommand playing the game with mods. Of course there are tons of texture mods but the one I recommand above all is the "Jedi from the Start" mod (do I need to explain more? lol). Here's the link to the page where you'll find the most downloaded mods for KotoR: http://www.nexusmods.com/kotor/mods/searchresults/?src_order=3&src_sort=0&src_view=1&src_tab=1&src_language=0&page=1&pUp=1
May the Force be with you! 🙂
Have you played Mass Effect? The item management system in that game is also atrocious! Ugh!
Typo in the title bud! Knights*
Never played the game, but I'd play a remaster/remake on PS4!
Easily the best Star Wars game ever made. Cool review man!
What an amazing game. Probably my favourite Star Wars game. But not my favourite RPG, that goes to Final Fantasy 7
