A must buy psvr title would be an open world game. Anything like Elder Scrolls, Farcry, Fallout type game.

It's time Greg, play the first DanganRonpa
Here is my main problem with Kinda Funny in general, I don't understand why they don't hire more people to have a better objective view of games that actually enjoy playing those types of games. Rather than boiling it down to 2-3 people who may or may not play the games that people play. One reason why I enjoy watching Easy Allies is that they have a large group with numerous points of views that get hyped with different types of games. Also, these 2 constantly making fun on Kevin when he speaks up, who is the only person I can identify with considering I am a minority, really sucks and constantly picks up on my nerve. I know its all fun and games but when its a constant… it not "Kinda Funny" any longer.
I think Xbox extending their exclusives to PC is great! 😀 Microsoft is playing the long game and remembering that their biggest money maker is their software. So use the exclusives they have to give an incentive to stay on their platform and if you dont have a powerful rig, there is always their dedicated gaming consoles to play their exclusives and other 3rd party games.
also resident evil 7 is my shit, but yakuza 0 should have been pick of the week, everybody is praising it and these guys dont even give it a chance. tales? cmon
hold up, colin claims to be a hardcore danganronpa fan, but he hasnt even finished danganronpa 2? what a fraud
I love how they knew Journey would be a hit but bound would not be. Journey is just one of those artsy overrated game that came out at the right time
why can't you put games that aren't downloaded in folders?
I think Ace Combat 7 will be the game that can make the PS VR a quintessential hardware piece for gaming.
"I'm sure I've beaten and played more than 99% of the people who are complaining" Watch out we got a badass over here And yeah you have played more than most people cause you get a lot of your games for free. Fuck yeah, I would be playing more games than most people if I got them for free and sometimes got paid to talk about them. I agree with Colin and Greg on this issue but I laughed out loud at 1 in the morning listening to Colin say that
Your division problem is weird. I play all the time and it's not broken for me at all.
"Ni No Kuni is better than the witcher 3" Oi yo wot "TRIGGERED"
Are Greg and Colin billionaires? or just millionaires?
lol didn't expect a Disturbed reference from Colin & Greg
Wow, Colins delusional ego is getting way to much to handle, so damn obnoxious. I'm not sure how much longer I can tolerate it. I love Ps I love you xoxo since it was Beyond on IGN. Damn it, I can't see why he can't keep his negative shit to himself or at least just mention it once and not reiterate the same opinion over and over again… It isn't going to my it anymore true or interesting after five minutes of repeasting it.
Are people really saying that PS VR is already going to fail? I'm still waiting for the chance to buy one. Keep checking Amazon and it's been out of stock here in the UK since before Xmas. I read the other day that in Japan there were people queuing around the block to buy one from stores that had got a new shipment of them in. Seems that demand is vastly exceeding supply, which maybe suggests that PS VR is doing a lot better than PlayStation originally thought it would.

Shout out to R9 Phenomenon, sick name!! best forward ever!!
Gravity Rush 2 has a good story that gets better towards the end. Fucking give that game a chance, play only the main story
Fantastic show guys, I really hope for a Ni No Kuni port to ps4 🙁
Nadine Ross is a really strong, good character. But what totally grinds my gears is the reception she got. Everyone seems to think she is neutral and so above everyone else and such a cool badass in U4. – No, she was a hateful bastard. She tried multiple times to kill the brothers drake. And in the end, her "turnaround" that people interpreted as some weird sort of redemption was just another atempt at killing them. If you are above that silly conflict regarding this pirate-treasure, than just walk away. But no, she closed the door, trying and nearly succeeding at killing off Nate and Sam. Awesome villain stuff, but not the way to earn sympathy points the way she seems to do.
I just looked at that life of black Tiger and Sony actually has the promo video under there name. The ground textures look like the first Xbox or playstation games where it looks like blurry vomit. Everything the animations etc look pathetic. It looks like I could develop a better game myself and I am dumb as a bag of rocks.
so I held off from buying a PS VR because the room that I have all my games in is 5 feet by 5, it's basically a desk with monitors a PC and my consoles so I know that's not enough room for the PS VR but does anyone know if it's possible to play my PS VR in a different room if I just wire the PlayStation camera and headset through my wall or does it need to be Infront of the PlayStation system ?
Greg's face at 1:07:30 when Colin says Ni No Kuni us better than Witcher 3. XD
can we get some timestamps please?
Agreed! Ni No Kuni is the better game!!!
Each time The Last Guardian comes up and they make these 'I played it one hour and was like meh' comments, my heart bleeds…
Glad I'm not crazy the blood splatter is seriously grating in RE7 especially on madhouse difficulty the slightest damage gives you ridiculous splatter
Greg has gotten his money's worth out of PSVR… a $400 device in two months with just a minimal selection of games. He's entitled to feel that way, but that comment irks me because it very clearly demonstrates two things – free access to most releases has disconnected them from their audience and apparently they are no longer aware of the value of a dollar.
Colin also makes consistent slights at a portion of the audience who would simply prefer they do not post 'review discussions' on games they have not completed or barely played, which I really don't think is too much to ask for.
I agree with Colin that Playstation needs these "small" exclusive games. I dislike the route of dropping exclusives that were promised at the start of the ps4-era. To be honest I feel betrayed because I loved the ps3-era with its exclusives (big and small) but they also had the small exclusives. Only through this podcast I found out that What Remains of Edith Finch was dropped as an exclusive. What I don't like is that games were shown as unique selling points for the ps4 and then later were conveniently dropped after Playstation sold a lot of consoles.
adds now throughout the podcast 😕 still love you guys
thank you for choosing me for pick of the week gentlemen. I showed the segment to my girlfriend(who bought me the ps4 pro) and I asked her what she thought. I kid you not, she said it was "Kinda funny" #MindBlown#PutARingOnHer
There needs to be a sequel to Starhawk…criminally undervalued, underplayed game.
i disagree, 3rd parties are what matter now. sony isn't this weird company like ps3 days. i hate the ps3, but exclusives don't matter as much anymore. not seeing there aren't great games, but mgsv, ff15, witcher 3. they are the best games of this gen, amazing game. cod will always sell a lot. just doesn't compare
Hi folks, just thought I'd post this if anybody is thinking of picking up PSVR here in the UK (in January 2017). Type 'psvr stockinformer' into Google search, it seems retailer Argos has a few units available (with a camera in stock), as for the move controllers I managed to get them from UK retailer Tesco & for games I found Amazon seemed to be the slightly cheaper option. Oh and no pre-order required. Hope this information helps.
P.S. Make sure you have several pairs of underwear available when you play Resident Evil in VR!
psvr made me excited for video games again. I love my VR and redesigned my room around it. I don't like ignoring my family but it happens when I do computer programming or read a long book. I like discovering studios like supermassive and uber.
Bound is a messed up story, because they didn't have the protagonist dancing until Santa Monica told them to make the movement of the protagonist unique.
Darth Invadeher is in a great Mad TV bit about porn actor names.
The reason my PSVR sits in the corner for weeks on end is games games GAMES.
What do I have? Tiny Batman? Tiny Star Wars? OK fine, that's a great 60 minutes. Give me Skyrim; give me Tomb Raider; give me the games I own a PlayStation for!
Understand- there is a vast difference between me having incorrect expectations (which I didn't) and me just simply explaining why I'm not super thrilled to use my PSVR every day. It's ok that those huge AAA games aren't on PSVR, as I didn't expect them. Nonetheless, that is what stops me from playing it….
It's a chicken/egg thing. I'm not buying 20 different Cockpit space shooters, "carnival barker 3Ds", and robot kid games… maybe that means they'll never give me "Skyrim VR" (because I won't invest in Carnival Ring Toss 7) and my psvr will get dusty and go in a garage sale in 12 months- that's ok I guess… but if they did give me things like Skyrim VR I'd buy it at $60 in a second!
I literally buy at least one, usually 2, full price PS4 games a week… Nothing on psvr is grabbing that money from me right now. Hopefully, they don't interpret that as "this guy hates psvr"- that's not true at all.
I own a PlayStation for certain types of games…Give me those (which RE7 proved IS possible).
Should change the name of the podcast to 'Canaries in the coal mine' you guys use this every damn time! But P.S. I still love you keep up the good work.
I bought a PS4 Pro. I love it.
There aren't too many games in a world where there are millions of youtubers that will review games that mainstream channels won't. Because YouTube didn't exist in the 80's it meant game purchases were always Russian roulette.
Life of Black Tiger got good reviews on Android.
Colin, as a former produce clerk, I need to inform you that you can buy prepackaged, chopped up celery. The packages are significantly less than 5 pounds….
So if you're a "true gamer" you play on PlayStation? What the fuck
Can you guys believe what Sony is letting on to it's platform? The game is called Life of Black Tiger – Check it out at "DigitalFoundry" on YouTube. Their video is called "Life of Black Tiger: The Worst Game on PS4"
these guys are hypocrites criticize the people that no longer support the Vita yet these cock suckers don't even play their VR or buy games for it
