1. The judge is out of line and should be upholding the law. Last i checked it is illegal and in not other venue is cheating acceptable. The better question is how does this man become a judge and take an oath to uphold the law. Does he say to his B&E cases well you were already there when you were arrested do we will let you go.

2. Just round them all up and ship them into the ocean. I don't care if they are the so-called "good" anchor babies or not.
