19. Sorry if this sounds like a noob question, but how was this pulled off? Is it a complex algorithm, or did the hackers/modders replace everything manually? Because there are some things in this that really seem to go together (like the everything regarding Dr. Ken Penders), but there are other things that seem far too random and it looked like there was an option to re-roll in the Options Menu, though that could just be something else repainted.

    EDIT: It is now glaringly obvious this was intentional.
