1. Your not a gamer if you play on console, the idea that the product must be solely bought just to play a game. What worse you're playing a selectikn of games compare to pc.

3. I tried playing modern warfare remastered on xbox one and holy hell even with the elite controller it's a completely miserable experience, I'd rather not even play at all than play with a controller. I can't aim properly, 60fps in a shooter is crap, screen tearing everywhere, bleck.

4. honestly, playing fps on consoles completely eliminates the concept of aiming which is the most important aspect of fps games. the only big advantage of playing fps games on the console is that i get to play it with up to three other friends on the couch but that's where it stops.

7. Such an awful video. Boggles my mind. Just watching how slow it took you to turn around on BF4 spoke so much about why your arguments are invalid. If FPS on consoles was so great, why would they need aim assist.

8. it's simple. a controller is much smaller and easier to hold than a keyboard AND a mouse.

9. PC-born genres should stay on PC. Console gaming died when consoles threw aside traditional console staples like Brawlers, JRPGs and Platformers in favour of getting games like CS and Smite on their platform.

12. I love PC gaming, but shooters have always alluded me on it. I grew up with COD, and trying to transition to a mouse and keyboard is intimidating as hell, and it didn't feel as fun. The lack of rumble made it less satisfying. I know that seems childish, and I know a mouse is more precise. But I like being able "feel" the kill I guess.

18. I have battlefield 4 on pc, and it seems far less fun than when I got it on console a couple years ago. I don't like the server selection and it seems like a lot of the player base left. Are all the players on dlc servers? If so I'll buy the season pass again lol

19. I just find it hilarious people always think PC care about graphics. Sure it's nice to play witcher maxed out on 60fps something console will never see until the ps6. But I take FPS over visual quality anyday as do most.

26. I am 100% sure consoles weren't designed for shooters. Shooters became designed for PC as soon as people discovered the control that mouse gives you over just keys. It was way before 3d consoles were made and before such games as Zero Tolerance on Sega.

    Playing shooters on gamepad feels to me like someone cut off my hands and forces me to make a coffee or something similar. I can easily do 70/4 k/d vs bots in Battlefront when play on PS4, but online play be like 1/88 k/d. Not to mention my first time in Battlefront PC beta was more like 15/20 k/d.

    Consoles are great for games like NFS, Tekken or more "casual" stuff like Little Big Planet, Heavy Rain.
    It's just because best shooters, those that set standarts for this genre were made for PCs and mouse+keyboard control and they are still WAY more comfortable there.

    VR might be a thing to change shooter games. If they find a better way to move around the world and when "mass" game platforms (consoles and PCs under 500$) will be capable of running VR on an actual map instead of one small room or very badly detailed environment.

37. I would most definitely play fps on console… if I could do it with a keyboard and mouse. The platform isn't really the issue, its the input.
