6. I started having this issue recently. The PS Plus icon shows next to my profile on the PS4 dashboard and my subscription is active, but the store claims I don't have it. I tried both restore licenses and restarting my console. I wonder if it related to the recent 6.72 update.

8. Put your game console on rest mode 4 2hrs plz bare the time of not playing 4 2 hrs i promise it will work! I was pissed turn it off 4 more than 2hrs but if you can bare the wait it will work

9. I renewed licenses then restarted my console then it worked. Thanks! This issue started after I updated a game and tried to play a new game mode the game had but it would continuously bring me to the store to purchase PS Plus but I already had it.

10. For anyone that this is happening to the way I fixed it is that I restored licences I went to settings and then account management and restore licences then sign out of the PS4 and then turn off the PS4 wait 4 minutes and then load it back up

17. Thank you! Restoring licenses, then logging out of ALL accounts, then restarting the Ps4 worked for me!
    At first I was so pissed and confused about my PS Plus not working, that I almost disliked this video just bcz it seemed like a dumb animated cartoon…but fortunately, I listened and it helped! So now it's a GREAT animated cartoon! And I left a like! 😁👍
