How to make that character looks like moving? JavaScript?

I'm a tiny bit worried cause rpg maker has the capability to be one of the biggest d&d like games where you can create everyuthing from scratch. (I can't remember the last time we seen an rpg maker game.) but if the avatars are just these characters and I can't make or import my own it's a major missed opportunity.
This is practically useless if you can't load up and export peoples games like in Mario Maker. Just making your own game and then doing … nothing with it is boring.
I think I need to see screen shots. Because I don't know if this upcoming RPG Maker MV is a port of the PC version or not. Would be nice if we had some more info rather than just some snazzy stuff in a teaser.
Aaaand means absolutely nothing if you can't have custom art.
I don't really see the point in this unless a console is all you have. They should really try to create a new version of RPG maker that enables 3D views, multiplayer support and new combat systems
I wish RPG maker could make an official game with the characters in this trailer
If i ever become rich i will going to make the best RPG MAKER ever with beautiful chibi stylish characters like Bravely Default and beautiful towns, dungeons etc, everything so easy to understand for even a 8 year old person.
This title is so underrated cuz its too complicated and graphics are not the best =(

I'm sorry to say this but there's no point in getting this, Rpg maker alone as a program is useless without the community that's been backing it over the years. Without that there's not a single reason to get it on anything else then PC…
If only half the games that came out of RPG Maker looked as good as this trailer, lol
The only things that bothers me is this doesn’t advertise Rpg maker at all. You aren’t going to get full animated scenes or character art like that so don’t advertise that…there was little to nothing about Rpg maker in here besides flashing tile sets
No… Fucking…. W A Y
But the real question is. Can I play the pc rpg maker games on the consoles?
I wonder if I can edit the world using the switch touch screen..
Cool, now the important part here is… how the fuck will I import custom assets?
question, I have the program on pc. do I have to buy the program again on switch?
すごすぎるぜ…!!
But can we add scripts is the real question because the rpg maker 3ds sucked
Pokémon essentials for MV?
Wow Nice notice
Puts grila vai ser foda demais
I N E S P E R A D O
Ah yes, i saw you, final derplord
Good luck importing those plugins and custom assets.
If you have jailbroken ps4 – install Linux. I'm pretty sure that MV supports it.
I'm confused. How the heck does this work? You use a video game controller instead of a mouse and keyboard to create a game? It sounds nonsensical.
if only we could create a child character to be put into a party as a main character
Does anybody know if these console systems will support games made in MV (developed using a PC)?
I'm a huge RPG Maker fan. I've clocked 1200+ hours on MV on Steam, and 750+ hours on VX Ace. That being said, I'm most interested in whether my MV game, in development on PC, will be able to be played on Switch, PS4, and/or XBox One. My dream is to watch my family and friends play my MV game on the Switch. I know MV has controller support, and works on phones, PC, and Mac. I also know that the Switch can run JavaScript, just like MV. Anybody heard of an MV game released on the Switch?
If you have the PC version can you still get it on a different console for free, just asking
I downloaded rpg maker 3 for my ps3 years ago, and I had a lot of fun with it. My only problem was that there wasnt a cool model for a main character at all.
I also downloaded vx ace, and though it was more complicated than rpgm3, I studied amd learned how to use the scripts. And I found vx ace to increase the possibilities of your game.
I havent played mv so my doubt here is. Does mv have sideview battles? Because I dont think you will be able to use custom assets in the ps4/xbox/switch versions. I hate that first person view.
If the game allows me the side battle system I will definitely work on this one.
Omg, is this true?
Can I sell the game that I create? That will make me interested enough and willing to invest time.
Will be buying this immediately.
Literally the only question that matters is this; Can you make a project on the PC and play it on all the consoles that you listed? If so, this update is 1000% worth it, regardless of these kids commenting who don't know what they're talking about.
