1. Is it me or did the frame rate drop multiple times in this video and why does the game's graphics look like it's from the PS2 era?!

5. i'm kind of upset it's not sprites. Unless I'm missing a game, which is possible because I have only played 4 of the Ys series, Ys has always had sprites and Zelda/Alundra style gameplay. I'm kinda sick about that. Why do they always have to 'improve' things when they work just fine as is? ;(  Alundra style play, environment, and sprites are part of the charm of this series and they just fucked it. honestly. I might still play though.

7. Yay, another Vita game on PS4. So glad I bought this thing so I could play shitty ugly handheld games in 1080p.

8. This game looks like a Triple A game from the PS2 era. Oh well, take what we can get. One of the true tests of "gameplay over graphics".

9. Those alpha channel sprite looking things ruin the frame rate. Same thing happened on the on Ys game on vita, though to a lesser degree.

32. I think the frame rate drops show that the Vita version may or may not be a bit of an afterthought. I mean I'd image for the PS4 that problem would be non-existent but I would think it'd be wise if Falcom were to try and re optimize the effects in the game so lag would be less present.

    Still though god damn I thought Seven and Memories of Celceta were fast, it seems you'll be breaking the bloody sound barrier here.
